Natural is the way! And Dena knows her nature!
I have suffered from eczema all my life; around May this year I contracted a nasty skin infection. For 3-4 months my skin was in the worst way it has ever been - everyday I was suffering, all over my body.
Various GP's, private healthcare and even a couple of trips to the hospital didn't help. In fact, the courses of antibiotics, steroids and other harmful medication made me worse.
It's a scary feeling when all the people who are supposed to help you are completely helpless/useless! (I have nothing against the people... They were doing their best; I have numerous friends and family training to go into the medical profession... It's the system I have a problem with!)
Anyway, it was in my hour of need when one of my Mum's work colleagues overheard her talking about my condition and suggested Dena.
All I have to say is this: One hour with Dena helped me more than a lifetime of conventional treatment.
After 4 months of agony, it took just a few weeks to get me back to my normal, healthy, happy self.
If you hear shouting from the rooftops, it is me recommending Dena to the world!
Reflexology
I have been to various Reflexologists over the years but I have to say that Dena is the 'best'. She makes you feel at ease which helps when telling her about a particular problem. I would love to have more treatments. Thanks Dena.
In 2010 I ran the London Marathon, without Dena I would not have even made it to the start line! I visited Dena twice a week for massage and reflexology on my aching legs, shin splints and back. She managed to bring my body back to life after every massage and allow me to carry on with my training. After the marathon Dena's healing hands also helped me to recover my body very quickly from the most stressful experience it has ever been put through. Thank you Dena for helping me achieve my goal.
Wonderful Massage
Having worked with animals for many years I have become very prone to stiff, aching back & shoulders. I have visited Dena for many years now & continue to see her every couple of weeks. Her healing hands work wonders, I always feel mobile & completly relaxed after one of her treatments. I have been fortunate enough to find someone as special as Dena who also lifts my moods, eases headaches, has advised & tested various food suppliments for me and been a superb listener & confidant.
